At approx 20:00 CET (2024/11/12) we experienced a storage network issue in the Milano Zone which affected the site prometeus.net (and the whmcs web interface) as well as half of the vm instances running on the iwStack infrastructure.
Operations were restored approx 01:30 CET (2024/11/13). In case your iwStack vm instance are still not working please try to restart them from the web management interface. Open a ticket if you need further assistance.
