Many customers are not aware Paypal creates a subscription at the first payment and pay manually the second (third etc.) invoice too resulting in multiple payments for the same invoice.
Some customers are aware and cancel them or don't pay manually also, others are not, and the subscriptions pile up with every new manual payment.
This is creating enormous issues with the accounting and the frequent requests for refunds.
We are looking for a solution and in the meantime we have cancelled all active Paypal subscriptions because we cannot know who activated them on purpose and who was just not paying attention.
